两个情同手足的少年，在这座城市一起长ccc。因为宿命使然，他们分道扬镳，其中一个要去外面闯荡，另一个则选择留下，于是在出发前晚，两人相聚一个小餐馆，约定二十年后的同一日期、同一时间，来到这里再次相会。二十年后，桑晓遍体鳞伤的回到了原地，却发现小餐馆已经变成了十字路口，他在那里等了许久，遇到一个等夜班车的男子，两人聊起了二十年前的那个约定，让桑晓没有想到的是，这个男子就是约定好二十年后跟他再见的苏强。而更令人想不到的是，二十年的岁月磨洗，已经让桑晓变成了一个恶行昭彰的通缉犯，而苏强却成了一个正义无私的警察。兄弟二人重逢在十字路口，再次面临宿命的选择。
